Built on an old mountain homestead, it now serves as a base for trucking, staging, and everything that comes with running freight this far from the freeway.

The yard includes a skinnable barn for custom VTC branding, kept simple and functional. On the back side of the property sits Diablo Cattle Co., less a full ranch and more a holding and reload point—a place for cattle to stretch, rest, and be re-staged before continuing down the line.

Part of the land is leased to High Cascade Steakhouse, a regional spot known for serving locally raised beef, sourced straight from Cascadian supply lines. It’s a short chain out here: pasture, trailer, plate.
